    delt shots 5/8th inch of 1 inch?

    hey wondering what most you guys use for delts. I know for quads typically 25g with 1inch needle. How bout delts, or does it not matter too much? Thanks!

    Most will say one inch is fine for delts also. I have used both 1" and 5/8

    its just easier to buy a bunch of 1"s, than a mix of diff sizes. other than that doesnt matter.
