Help For Joint Pain
Hi,
I desperately need help for a continuous aching right shoulder. Had an MRI, which was not conclusive and had arthro surgery 3 months ago for what was called a very bad case of bursitis where my bursa was removed. I still have aches and cracking sounds in the right shoulder with just range of motion lateral movements (no weight being used). I was wondering about using Adequan for it. Anyone have experience with achy joints and using it? Does it work? Any advice I would greatly appreciate?

Glucosamin is said to help joints
If you are looking for AAS help, a low dose of Deca should also help with joint pain Do some research on it first though as it is very suppresive to your HPTA

I use glucosamine, chondriten, MSM and fish oils for joint pain. I used to have bad pain in both shoulders and started using all these supplements about three months ago. They work, I'm just not sure which one is helping but I'm not about to give up any of them to find out.
