Blood Work after PCT

My pre-cycle total test was 320 which is low (I tend to run low).

I finished an 8 week cycle of:

250 mg of Test Cyp EW
200 mg of Deca EW
0.5 mg Arimidex EOD

During my cycle my total test was at 1080. I gained around 20 lbs.

For PCT I did the following for 3 weeks:

HCG 500 IU ED
Nolva 20 mg ED
Clomid 50 mg ED

I waited 1 week after my PCT and then had blood work done and my free test level came back at 129.

So what should I do now?

A) Do another PCT for the next few weeks to try and recover my natural test levels?

B) Do as my doctor suggested and start using androgel for the next month and get my blood levels checked again?
