    L – Taurine with Clen???

    Is Taurine something you really want to take with clen or not nessesary?? Thanks for any info

    its suggested to prevent cramping...but, if you like cramping-then dont take it

    Not everyone cramps on it (brand and dosages vary), but if you do it will prevent this.
