Myth or Fact about DBOL ?

Its been said by some that taking dbol the dosages should be spread out for example 30mg = 10mg morn 10mg noon 10 mg evening ? While others say take it at once its pointless to spread it out regaurdless of half life???

Next:

Some say that you should allow the dbol to dissolve under the tongue making it easier on the body and not having to break down as much? while others say just swallow it ?

Whats your imputs?

i started a thread about this last week and it was a retarded argument with no solid answer. im splitting mine up into 4 doses tho seems to make more since to me

i have always just swallowed it, and have spread it out during the day.it has worked awesome before....if it's not broke dont fix it.

Due to the half life of dbol , your better off splitting it up threw out the day.

what mg do you run horse? this will be my 2nd time using dbol , and i guess im just going to swallow them... i still would like more imputs off peoples advice and how dbol worked for them

spilt up becaus of the half life MUCH BETTER BLOOD LEVEL.. I dont know who came up with the holding it under your toung .. but because of the 17AA that makes it absorb in to the blood system .... So wheater or not under the toung or down the hatch it dont matter bro

well the problem i ran into was the guy that got it for me said the dude was selling 50mg tabs but i HIGHLY doubt they were 50mg's but then again i was young and stupid and didnt have any experience on AA's ... but im guessing they were 5's at like 20mg ed

i take 20mg, 3x a day 6 hours apart, n i take 2 with breakfest and go from there, works great, swallow whole, every drug has a halflife, must utilize it.
