I actually think that Dostinex will be the most effective.
B-6 is also great to take at 200 mg ED to prevent it from getting high in the first place.

the best stack to lower progesterone is trib, vitamin B6, and t3.
1-2 grams of tribulus/day
900mg of vit B6/day (this alone will reduce it in a matter of days, and dont stay on for long because it can be very toxic. poisonis if you will)
25mcg-50mcg of t3/day

Yes, it will take a while for the vitamins to work. That's why I said that B-6 was great from preventing it from getting high in the first place.
I would use the Dostinex for the quickest results.

If you feel your fingers getting numb and tingling you know that you are taking too much B-6 and should lower the dosage.

you are all a little bit wrong...vitb6,bromo,dostinex dont help direct against progesterone...it helps with lowering prolactin..prolactin give the sides from 19-nor like sleeping probs, lactation, sweating etc....
prolactin has a supporting effect on progesteron/estrogen/insulin /thyroid/milk production...
by inhibiting prolactin there's just one hormone out of the equation that increases progesteron production ..
progesteron+estrogen stimulates each other, so by having a high estro+progesteron will give u a higher chance to get gyno...letro+bromo/dosti will do the trick against this, i think...

Bajan says by lowering estrogen levels, it will lower progestrone levels. Letro.

thanks all. I had an estro level of 64 on a scale of like 15-40, and my nipples werent even sensitive. any my prolactin was in the top half of the range, and my progesterone is higher. lol. looks lkike i just cant get gyno, but still suffewr the effects of what they feel like when their high. im gunna give letro a shot. does that mean i quit using aromasin ? i wanna use letro at a low dose (i want a sex drive here) lol.

Letro, itself, will not lower progesterone. Control estrogen and control gyno. That simple.
Letro will reduce the Pgr density. Thus, helping to combat progestenic sides.
Bajan is a good teacher...Though he probably doesnt know it.

theres not much to lower the actual progesterone. theres bromo and caber, but they lower prolactin which is the end result of high progesterone. So beat it from both ends with an anti E and b6,brom or caber. but the letro is so strong thats probly all you need.

To be honest, I believe you dont actually get gyno from Progesterone. Estrogen is the culprit all the time. Like I said, control estrogen and control gyno.
I've even seen Anthony Roberts state progesterone helps decrease tumor size/growth in human models. There are studies stating this too.

Progesterone needs estrogen to exhibit its effects in the mammary gland. breast tissue cannot develop without the presence of both progestogen and estrogen.
Cabergoline and adex should be fine in combating progesterone/prolactin/estrogen.

Anthony Roberts.
I think the keyword here is "some". It may exhibit inhibiting effects in some studies, and not others.

Progesterone probaly cant cause gyno if estrogen levels are Zero, but it doesnt take much imo if someone are prone...
