    Joint pain....

    OK right now im in the 6th week of my cycle. Its my third cycle.

    My left shoulder and left elbow are killing me on shoulder and tricep work out days ! It;s not something im doin wrong in the gym i know for a fact i did these work outs many times befor. So i was wondering if there is anything messed up about my cycle? Am i running enough deca ? Or is something else messing me up?


    This is what im running

    Anadrol 100 mg per day weeks 1-4
    Test E 500 mg week weeks 1-10
    Deca 300 mg week weeks 1-9
    Nolva on hand just in case

    Also taken multi vitamine and b-12 1200mcg per day and ephedrine 357 mg for a little boost.

    My diet is in check no probs there.

    With those amounts or roids you are probably using way heavier weights than before you went on cycle, right?
    The joints won`t grow as fast as your muscles and so you are putting too much stress on them. This is simply a wear and tear kind of thing.
    Try working around it, switch the grip on your bench presses to avoid pressure on your shoulder, wrap up your elbow with bandages or something like that to keep it warm and tight. Eat more healthy fats, that`ll lube your joints.

    Another thing you can do is to try and keep the area constantly warm.
    Get some wool socks or something like that and cut off the toes. Then wrap it over your elbow. I do that with my knees and they`ve never been better. A nurse gave me that advice and it helps a lot.
    You can also buy some glucosamine, I`ve found that to be very effective for joint pains.

    Yeah I would say tone down on the heavy weights. Those AAS should all help lube your joints. Are you drinking plenty of water? Like the poster above me said try getting some glucosamine...but it takes along time to take effect. Also try adding more rest days for your body to recooperate.
