    tbol 50mgs a day

    205
    5'11
    prev cycles
    1 deca 10 weeks 600mg per wk
    2 test E 15 weeks 600mg per wk

    now jsut started taking tbol 50mgs a day for 6 weeks

    should i spread out my dose or take all at once?

    got some Ldex 2...how should i dose that i am unsure the mg per pump
