legitimate problems keeping gains post cycle
I have huge problems keeping gains post cycle. I'm 23, 6'1, and 210 lbs. After my last cycle I got up to about 228, and now am right back down to 210, which is where I was before the cycle. I did PCT like clockwork, complete with HCG every 2 weeks, clomid AND nolva, and letro. Also did some tribulus in there. My test levels 8 weeks after cycle were 29!!!! which is almost out of the normal range, on the high end!!! So it's not that I'm not recovering fast, or recovering fully. Why can't I keep mass on?

Well most of the time people tend to workout less as intense after/during PCT but more importanly eat less. As long as the workout and diet is good there really shouldn't be a issues with losing 100 percent of gains.

Most likely a diet issue. Post up your diet to see if it's lacking.
At 6'1 you shouldn't have a problem holding that mass.

yeah could likely be diet, although I shouldn't need as many calories to maintain my mass as I do to gain it though, right? After calclating my BMR and factoring in exercise, I was still well above my required maintenance calories. Could it also be things like change of job (from physical to non-physical) and the start of school (which means a little more stress)?
