I've heard you need a lot of protein, when using AS!
How much? I weigh, lets over do it!, 200lbs! And found out that I need the huge ammount of 250g protein daily! Is this right?
    How much carb?

Personally I would increase your daily protein intake to at least 300g/day (1.5G PER POUND OF BODYWEIGHT). The use of anabolic steroids increases nitrogen balence dramatically and therefore the amount of protein that can be synthesized and put to use repairing damaged muscle fibres, is also dramtically increased. When we lift heavy we tear down (damage) muscle tissue and it is the recovery and repair that cause the muscles to grow...that is why nutrition and adequate rest are the 2 most important factors when trying to get big.

    prot: 300g
    fat: 130g

thats 3290 calories a day! Is that right?

Eat untill you gag bro. Do that and you will grow.
Lots of clean carbs(oats, yams, beans)
Lots of fish instead of powders. Trout, salmon, croppy, bass, catfish, shrimp, crawdads, lobster, clams, oysters, whatever you can get from the sea.
Get tons of fiber and good fats(flax, olive)

Those totals look pretty good, but I would play with the fat and carb ratios just a tad, depending on what your goals are. Say bump the carbs to 250-275g/day and lower the fats to 90-100g/day. Remember to take the majority of your fats from essential sources such as olive oil, flax seed oil, egg yolks, unsalted nuts (in moderation), fatty fish (salmon, herring, mackerel). This kind of diet will help produce muscle and not promote fat gain. As a matter of fact, if cardio is moderate (too much causes catabolism) you should be able to shed a few pounds of fat while gaining muscle....it's difficult, but not impossible. Good luck brother
