cutting and bulking are two totally different things, most would agree its hard to do both at the same time. you can lean out while bulking (i did) just by eating very clean and not going extremely high over your maintenance calories. but your not going to get huge and ripped sorry but it doesnt work like that, and if you've done the research like you said you have, then you should know what to stack deca with. but if its ur first cycle then the answer is nothing because you shouldnt be running deca in ur first go with AAS

deca is the only thing I can get.Also will most of my gains go away after a cycle. None of the websites talk 2 much about it.Just some spike

I know a lot of people are not helful in this site. Everybody seems to claim to be an expert or researcher, but I will tell you I know a lot of people feel comfortable stacking decca with dianabol so long if you got it from a legit source. I hope I have been helful to your post. By the way where did u get your stuff from.?

If deca is all that you can get your hands on then I would just hold off all together. Always start your first cycle with a long ester test. Enanthate or Cypionate would be ideal. Run it about 10-12 weeks at 500mg a week, split into 2 shots. Stop by the PCT forum and make sure you are ready to start your cycle. You are not ready to start untill you have everything that you will need. Also hit up the diet section. Food is key in getting "big and cut"!!!! Originally Posted by artifitialmuscle
