How much does your weight fluctuate ED?

    I'm on week 5 of a test-e only 10-12 weeker ... 6'5", 12-15%, 24y/o
Diet good, feeling good. When I started I was around 212 ED for a couple weeks prior... for the past week or so I get up to the low 220s (221-222) everynight before I go to sleep, then wake up and weigh again and I'm 216-218.
Might be this digital scale I'm using, but I always weigh stark naked right out of the shower.
Is that kind of daily change normal? Or is a a crappy scale?
    Thanks

don't weigh yourself everyday bro! It'll only mess with your head....do it like once a week....you're obviously trying to put on weight...are you eating sufficient calories to do so?

Weigh yourself at approximately the same day/time/state weekly or bi-weekly.

Daily makes no sense...That's something fat chicks on the Atkins diet do.

As to your question...yes that fluctuation is normal.

And...Maybe if I'm full up and just after a 2 pint milkshake before bed...

Just to see how heavy I'm able to get. Good for the determination.

Wow 10lbs is a lot. I never fluctuate that much at all. Maybe 1 or 2 lbs a day. Usually its almost identical no matter when I weight in. But also I never go more than 4 hours without food the entire day.

Dunno y it is.... always been like that with me, even when I was like 15 year old I remember huge fluctuation in weight daily.... I also eat with 2-3 hour intervals.. the fluctuation is only that big if u compare evening after having stuffed urself to the limit and then morning with some 7 hours since last meal... and 10 is a bit extreme, 6 is more the average.. but its been closer to 10 repeatedly. Dont really weigh myself that often, but used to do it at some poitn just to see what the fluctuation was like.

also what is interesting is the difference in weight before and after work out.. 4 lbs for me..

and I drink about 0.5-1 litre of water every workout... and dont even sweat that much (except on cycle)... oops, maybe shouldve edited those into the same post... post whore I am...

Ya well thats what I meant by 4 hours max in a day. I dont go 7 or 8 hours at night without food. So maybe thats why it is more stable throught the entire day, morning and night.

I eat about every 2 or 2.5 hours while im awake and once in the night half way thru a 7 or 8 hours sleep.

I also fluctuate around 1-3lbs per day. But I've decided that I weigh myself way too much and have decided to stpo being a slave to the scale. Like a fat chick on the Atkins diet as Nark so eloquently put it.

I've fluctuated by 8-9 lbs. before, but the past few years, my diet has been dialed in, and rarely is it more that 2-3 lbs now. I also drink a lot of water during the night (maybe a quart or so, during the day usually 1 - 1 1/2 gallons) to make up for fluids lost.
