    Test E

    hey i am thinkin about doing test e and according to the steroid effectiveness chart it says you dont keep your gains is this true anyone done it and kept their gains?

    Complete bullshit. Keeping your gains is dependent on a good PCT and Post Cycle Diet

    I Did A Cylcle Of Test E 400mg A Week And Lost It All In The End Because I Didnt Bother With The Pct,wasted My Time And Money Do It The Right Way.

    PcT: just novla?
    diet: high protien? high carbs?

    Read up on Anthony Roberts PCT protocol, its a sticky in the PCT forum. Also combine it with Proviron 50mg/ED.

    Keeping gains depends on:

    - Genetics
    - Body type
    - Compounds used during cycle
    - Dosages of compounds used during cycle
    - Duration of compounds used during cycle
    - Ancillaries used when "on"
    - PCT protocol
    - Diet, when "on" and during PCT
    - PCT compounds
    - Training
    - Rest
