    cutting and maintaing strength

I have not been in the gym for the past 4-5 months due to injury, in that time my body fat went up to 18%. I have no problems as far a getting back on track with a clean diet and cardio as I am able to work out again. How ever I lost alot of stength and more so everytime I cut. I prefer to cut naturally most of the time, but this time I was looking to add anavar for 6 weeks or halo for 4 weeks to help keep the strength up as I cut and gain some the the strength I had lost over the months. I am not looking to gain size as I will gain that over the next couple of months naturally through diet I just have to get my body fat in check first. Has anyone used halo or var in this aspect? I am prone to baldness and the research I have done says halo can cause this if prone, but I have not seen anyone really complain about hairloss with halo or var. I will most likely add clen which i have tried before with great results and possibly t3 down the road which I have not tried. Looking to see which one to take that might aid me in my goals with out losing to much hair as this is the only side effect I can't stand. My diet will follow a rotating carb schedule and high protein intake with minimal fat intake.

my stats are 23 yo, 190 lbs, 18% bf, a cycle of test and eq and another of test,eq and winny and various pro hormone cycles

If clean eating and cardio inst enough to lose some fat before cycling, then maybe use a little clen , do a search on what amounts and such cause I dont touch the stuff (Chest pains).

I would def. suggest getting to maybe 12-14% before cycling, the less fat you have the better.

yea i am looking to get down to about 12% i have some left over clen which i am gonna incorporate i have used clen 3 times with good success, but i am looking more towards using halo or var for strength purposes i have researched var and had mix reviews as far as effectiveness also i have heard that var can cause you to slim down a little bit this is great but not my main purpose for it

Var's not gonna do a whole lot for strength by itself......it's very mild....at least in my experience with it.. Halo I've never used but apparently makes you strong as hell, so I'd think that's a better option. But where's the test homie! Why not test prop and winny, or prop and tren ?? Those would be much better in my opinion.
