    need some advice

On Saturday I had my monthly Dr's visit to follow up on my BP/BP meds. It was a new doctor in there and of curse he went through my complete file. He came across my blood work results and questioned me on my test levels, he said they where at 254. I told him the last Dr that reviewed them told me it was 554, being concerned I grab the sheet and read it, and there it was 254. These test where taken pre-cycle,. The scale on this test read 251 – 800, need some advice as I still have the flu and have not worked out in 2 weeks and was looking at coming off.

I have always been a hard gainer, and when ever I have taken more then a week off I have always had to star over with my workouts.

    Need some help on this.

I'm on a test only 250x2, the last day I worked out was the 11th. Yesterday things hit me hard (puking) so I have decided to drop down to an HRT level of test, 1. becuase of the recently found news and 2. I thought the PCT would be harder on my body.

I have missed 8 w/o because of this flu........

With my test levels so low, how should I work PCT? Should I just follow an hrt and not even think about PCT?

    Thanks in advance,
