    Quality muscle from Deca?

    I've read the term 'quality muscle' once or twice in reference to Deca . What exactly does that mean? How has it helped your cycle results? I'd love some testimonial from the vets on this one.

    when i think of quality muscle, i tend to think of EQ more than deca . deca for me didn't produce a lot 'quality' muscle, but rather an insane amount of water retention.

    EQ ---> gave me a harder look
    DECA ---> gave me a poofier look

    quality muscle is hard lean muscle. deca is not known for this. Deca makes my joints right as rain. I don't know anyone who has made big strength or mass gains from this hormone. If you have joint issues this might be right for you. definetly need test w/ it. at least at a hrt dose.

    If you did 125mg each week you would be ok; but some people feel you should run your test at or higher then the deca .

    while not using finasteride will a 125 or 250mg dose affect my hair much..peace

    Whoa, I disagree. Deca can drastically increase your strength and commonly does. Eat clean and train right and you can gain plenty of "quality muscle" from deca.

    Dont know where your Deca comes from but I think it produces awesome gains in size and strength

    china. run 300mg/week and if I take it out I dont notice any difference in strength or size. same way w/ all my friends.

    Im goign with the above this is my first time with deca and its great.... hasnt really kicked in yet.. but seems like the first week i had pumps from hell... probably psychological... but from review of Deca users... its a awesome AA, and i cant wait for it to kick in

    300mg aint that much. How long did you wait to see results? I think the decanoate ester is very very slow.

    your right. deconate is like a 14 day half life. my knees feel great in about 2 weeks. I run other stuff for strength. as far as qualtity muscle, where this thread started, I don't think deca is known for this. definetely better choices for this. imho

    Deca can gain muscle....Muscle in my book is quality.
    Deca less water retention than test.

    cycles are usually thought of as mass or cut. cut cycles typically dont have deca in them from what I've seen. this is the standard. w/ that being said, I believe results will depend on diet and consistancy of excersize.

    Whats typical isnt always the only option or even the most efficiant one at that. JMO.

    You can cut with deca ...you can cut with test...you can cut FAT with just about every AAS. Comes down to diet & cardio....Control water retention and theres no problem.

    Of course deca builds quality muscle, its been the second best addition to cycles for many years, yes it holds water but you must use all avenues to combat that, deca and test have been the backbone for years.

    anyway deca is a great additionn with test and d-bol its considered the bread and butter bulking cycle

    depends on goals. many guys think tren builds more muscle, but that's usually from stripping the fat away, making it appear to be more "quality" muscle. as for bulking. i agree with most here. deca has proven itself over and over for decades.
