    help - I need more mass

    6'6.5 225lbs 24yo noobie

    Most recent cycle March 06

    Test E 500mg / week
    EQ 600 mg / week
    winny 100mg eod 6 weeks
    never did pct


    I was 6.65 245lb solid after that cycle

    Prior to this cycle:
    I messed around with winny and tren in college, but was taking advice from my friends.

    What should I take to get back up to 245 or 250 and increase my thighs?

    You can take some chicken and oats...

    but seriously i'm assuming you're diet is poor i could be wrong.

    WOw just read you never did pct. YOU honestly first need to take

    1) How to use the search function The Basics of Steroids - For the NEWBIES

    2) you only want size in your quads? this can be done through heavy squats, leg press etc..

    3) take a look at the bulking sticky

    How do i delete that other thread...

    and

    Is is better to squat with heavy weight low reps, or moderate weight and get the most blood into the muscle you can. I heard both sides

    Doing no pct really hurt your last cycle.

    I'd think with a basic cycle, you should have no problem reaching that weight.

    Post up a suggestion, and we'll evaluate it.

    Heres my diet...

    7am- Low fat yogurt, 2 pop tarts, banana, Protein shake
    10am - 5 eggs scrambled, 2 bagles with cream cheese
    2pm - two cans tuna, 4 slices wheat bread, juice or water
    workout at 530-7
    730pm- protein shake
    830pm 8oz chicken breast, rice , spaghetti, baken potato, or veggies
    10pm protein shake

    From what I have read all cycles should have some type of Test mixed in

    I am thinking about Propionate this time around.

    In addition to that, some Eq and Winny.

    I noticed that last time I used EQ I could eat 24/7

    I like the winny becaues of the recovery and lean mm effects.

    I am interested in Tren friends have told me that it makes your strong and hard.

    Any comments or advice....

    okay i dont think you need to cycle yet your diet in one word is trash.. bro your eating pop -tarts!

    I will help but hold off on the cycle imo

    squats and deadlifts and bench of course. Deadlifts really hurt so damn good!

    yeah i know pop tarts suck... but im not a morning person... what can i say they are a quick fix... How many calories should i be eating to put htis weight on? I couldnt tell you my metabolic rate but i know its high because i have never had bf% over 15%. Im thinking that im around 10 right now

    They are a quick fix to getting fat... Bro.. Oats and Tuna take like one min to cook.. i dont see the problem...

    Use the Harris Benedict Formula ( spelling ) google it and u can find out how many cals you need to add weight..

    damn it i just did for you

    to add weight u need rougly 3500-3600ish cals (CLEAN)

    Do 6-8 sets of squats every leg workout never go below 8 reps unless its your last set. You got to do a reasonable amount of volume with mid-heavy to heavy weights if you want to add size.

    Worked for me.

    ok, perhaps i miss the point here. the guy has always been thin, or at least low bf. he wants mass and to gain like 25 lbs correct? pearsonally, i see no prob with the poop-tarts. better off eating them post w.o. due to the insulin increase. i mean several guys take insulin pwo for the spike. the sugar will do the same just to a lessor degree imo.....eat em up

    When looking to gain mass in my legs... Which amount of squats would be better?

    8 sets 10-12 reps moderate to heavy weight

    or

    8 sets 3-6 reps heavy weight

    and why?

    Both are good but the first one is better for size and the second better for strength, but you should occasionally do the second as well so that your strength goes up and then you can do more when you do the first workout.
