Im currently using winny and i'd like to know the same thing, from what ive read the best way to combat hairloss while on cycle is to use a alpha 5 reductase inhibitor like finasteride (propecia) or dutasteride to stop the conversion of test into DHT, from what ive read saw palmetto will do a similar job, use a topical treatment that reduces scalp DHT, minoxidil (rogaine) stimulates blood flow but im not sure if it does anything for scalp DHT and then use an anti-dandruff shampoo like nizoral 2% to clear away scalp debris.

So in answer to your question, yes winny probably will make your hair thinner but dammit im gunna do everything i can to stop it!

    Yes!

With regard to Propecia...everything that's supposed to help does. If appropriately applied based on the specific cause, it all slows progression of thinning, fallout and MPB. However, they are insufficiently equipped to arrest said problem, plus your continued use of aas will obviously exacerbate this.
