Omny 250...Twice a WEEK! shit

Ha hey guys, My first cycle, a year ago, had me only taking 250mg a week of Omnadren 250(really small dose but made good gains). I have purchased a surplus of omnadren now, and am wondering if when it says to take 500mg a week(and the amps are 250mg), should i inject both on the same day? Or Spread it through the week like, one monday and the other thursday? Just get back to me on that one ha thanks.

Agree that 2x weekly is much better than 1x weekly. There are short-acting esters in the mix and 1x weekly injections will create bouncing levels of test...not good.
IMO, Omnadren or Sust should be shot e3d for full benefit of all esters involved.
