    what kind of results

    I am getting ready to start my second ever cycle it will consist of the following: 600mg cyp. a wk for 12 wks. 400 mg. deca a wk. for 10 wks. 50 mg of anadrol for the first 4 wks of cycle, maybe go 6wks. depends how i feel on it. and i will be doing 3iu of gh a day for 9 months. my first cyle was 200mg cyp wk for 10 wks. and 300mg deca wk for 10wks. i also took 100mg eod for 40 days of test suspension to kick start my cycle. I made about a 15lb gain on that cycle, except it was hard to eat cuz something was killing my appetite. anyway what kind of gains (ballpark) do you think i can expect from my next cycle?

    Depends completely upon training and diet. Dotn even worry about what you can expect to gain. Just tailor your diet towards your goals and similarly with your training and you will keep getting closer to your end goals.

    I am 6ft tall and weigh 260 I have 19 3/4 inch arms (thats how big they where before my first cycle.) I am very big and muscular for a natural guy, that is why i want to take it to the next level. I eat 7 meals a day here is a sample of a day. meal 1 3 whole eggs, 4 whites, 1/2 lb.ground turkey mixed in, and 1 cup of oatmeal. meal 2 55 grams protien. meal 3 3/4 lean meat, and a cup of broccoli, and an apple. meal 4 55grams protien. meal 5 lean meat, and one whole cucumber sliced with olive oil and vinegar, and an apple. meal 5 55 grams of protien, meal six 55 grams of protien, a couple slices of cheese. If i get up in middle of night i have another glass of protien
