    how to lift on cutting cycle

    could someone please tell me how i should change my lifting when going from a bulker to a cutter, or if i should at all?

    You should be lifting to gain regardless, your diet is what should change.

    I do a lot more timed breaks. 30 second break between sets. keeps your heart rate up combining cardio and weight training in the same session. worked great for me
