Bad results
I've been doing 250mg sus and 200mg deca every five days for 6 weeks and only gained 3 pounds, but strength has gone through the roof. Do you think i need to add more food to gain weight? I'm currently at my all time heaviest.

Let me be the first to tell you that it take me at least 2 to 3 12 week cycles to get what I want out of it. You have got to give it plenty of time. These are not magical drugs that make you big overnight. The weight you have put on is water weight and will do so over the next few weeks. I usualy put on around 10 pounds of water weight the first month of any cycle.

I thought it was fake stuff, but when ever i take sus i get the 24 hr. flu and i get it from this too. I've been on for 6 weeks and still got 5-6 left. Squat went from 315 for 6 to 385 for 7 so i know something is working. I ordered some maladextrin to add some calories to my diet
Current dietary intake:
400 gm. protein
350-400 carb. once the maladextrin arrives gonna up it to 500-600
and around 75 gms fat
Does this look good?

was getting round 3700. this was letting me hover around 202 i've been keeping a diet log. so when i get the maladextrin im gonna up the calories

That dosage is usually used
more for joint lubrication..IMO

Sus takes 3-4 weeks to fully kick in. You are on week 6 and making good strength gains so just kick up the calories and the weight will come...Look at the bright side, you are not holding much water weight.

goal:
07 bodyrock or southern states classic as a middleweight.
The reason im every five days is last cycle was the same but every 7 days now it's every 5.
Should i up the deca t0 250-300mg. every five days.

Btw. im taking 20mg of liquid nolvadex a day for the whole cycle. got some letro and armidex if things get out of control.

I wouldnt up the deca mid-cycle.. just eat more, if your making strength gains the sus is working.. whats your workout regiment? Cardio? How long are you staying in the gym/and activities?

cool i'll keep the deca around 200. I'm currently doing dc training three days a week and cardio about 3 time also but just walking on the treadmill. Here are some of my strength gains
Sqaut 315 x8 Now 385 x 6
Dead Lifts 265x 6 Now 330x6
3/4 deads 365x 6 Now 455 x6
Smith Millitary 185x 10 225x 6
Those good gains in 6 week.?
Keep in mind with dc training all sets are to failure.
