Look, I am the mexico guy. All you need to do is walk into a place and get human grade. Only vet is mostly faked. But there is an easy way to get the real vet just look up your favorite vet product and find their distributors for where you are going. Where I go I see vet stuff everywhere but only one place is an actual distributor out of 100.

I'd go to Mexico too, but I always had the fear of getting busted at the line home. I just get my co workers to get it when the go down there.
