mixing short and long esters

Could you mix say prop and a cyp on the same cycle something like this...
200 mg cyp on m
200 mg prop on w and f

assuming you were gonna use eq on m w and f.

is that ok to do or is the cyp injection needed more than once a week?

Generally you'd run prop for the first 4 weeks at 100mg ed along with a long ester test. This way you will have constant gains all the way through the cycle. At week 4 you'd stop the prop and just continue with the test (such as cyp) cause it will have kicked in at this point

Why don't you just pick one to use and stick to it? You could frontload with the prop or even better I prefer using it weeks 9-12 after I stop something like 8 weeks of enanthate or cyp. If your set on combining em one of my bro's mixes it and shoots on cc of each twice a week like mon/thurs.

b-bass if thats what your frienfd does then he is doing it wrong propinate is a fast acting ester and its half life is 1-2 day's so you need to shoot prop everyday(or at least every other)twice a week is not sufficient

yeah i thought about that after i posted... wouldn't be enough injects with the prop... may just add dbol for the first 4 weeks at 30 mg ED just for a lil kick start.
