I am in a cutting clean diet taking normal supplements as Whey/Creatine/Fish Oils/Lipo6/Glutamine.. I am seeing results but not the way I would like them that is why I want to start a newbie cycle.

I live 5 min from the border of Mexico so I might be able to get anything. I have NO experience whatsoever on any type of cycles and I would like to start the right way with all your help.

    I would cycle like this:

Weeks 1-10 Cardio upon rizing in the AM(before eating)
Weeks 1-10 Follow the cutting sticky in the diet forum

Post before and after pics so we can see the transformation.

It's hard to critque with out macros (i.e. cals, carbs pro, fat etc)

But your meals need a bit of work. You have no protein in your breakfast, you have a double dose of carbs a bagel ( which i would drop it's faily hi on the gi scale) and you have oatmeal and no protein... Can you remove some of your shakes for real food?.. i would also include healthy fats in your diet for example lets say meal 2 you drop the shake and eat tuna and ***** caps or tuna/salad/ f l a x oil.... i would also add carbs in your 630 meal post workout. (oats, rice, yams)

again its hard to crituque with out specific macros.. this is just a general over view.

I like treadmill brand and at 30-45min doses. I like to switch it up to fool my receptors with stairclimber brand or bicycle brand... I will go a bit higher on the bicycle dose like at least an hour.

and pazzi... steroids is not a secret pill that automatically cuts you. Diet and cardio are key.
