    when to inject

    Is timming important when injecting in regards to working out,sleep and meals,does the gear go to work during a workout ,or after when your healing from a good tear

    Yes absolutely, I find 8:12 PM to be the optimal time

    Dont listen to this guy...

    It depends what you are taking. Long esters do not matter, shorter ones may need to be timed (so next inject works out)*, no ester has to be shot spaced throughout the day so timing is needed.

    as long as you are consistant with the times you inject acording to the esters, you will be fine

    hahah thanks guys ,just trying to get optimal bang from my boost...and meso love your video ,gives me an idea for a mower you can peddle sos one might work the quads while mowing

    Does it matter when you workout then in relation to injecting? Do you keep your workout time consistent also?

    NO, some people, if they are on Dbol or a fast acting Test like suspension, like to take it an hour or so before working out. They say they can feel the difference, but that is just an opinion
