advice on getting back after accident
hows it goin? bit of background on myself: been training on and off for about 5 years and got into it full on about 1 year ago. i was using test prop 2ml twice a week for roughly 8 weeks and drive 2ml a week for about 6 weeks and produced some decent results. with an already established well balanced/high protein diet, the use of these drugs and 1 to 1.5 hr workouts 5 to 6 days a week i managed to gain about 5/6 kgs in 2 months. dont recall any side effects i was aware of except mildly increased aggression (good for the gym,bad for work). at the peak of my training i had a major car accident and as a result was hospitalised for 2 weeks. completely fractured midshaft of left humerus. fractured l2 and l3 vertebrae and 3 fractured ribs.bummer. but im on the mend now and should get back to gym within next 6 weeks.
now the advice im looking for is this: while not training for last 8 months ive gone through a complete metamorposis and havent really kept much shape at all. my whole left side especially delts,back and biceps has atrophied and i feel a bit like popeye. i wanna know what i should be taking before i get back to the gym to prepare me for the long awaited sessions.
-anything i can use to promote muscle growth in my left side?
-anything i can use to burn off unwanted calories?
-can i use stanozolol and do running and walking to shred some excess weight?
