I browse the posts for about 15 minutes every two hours or so, throw a post down when I feel like it. I work at home on my computer, so I use AR as a casual break from the BS that is my work.

Well I guess you must know my answer then. Though it doesn't seem I post as much as I used to.

Same here. Bout a year ago, I used to be on like 6-8 hours a day from work, and then maybe 2 in the afternoon/evening. Now though more like 2 hours a day. rarely reply because im just now getting to my first cycle..
