    Looking for advice for 2nd cycle...

    Hey Guys!

    I could need some help!

    I’m about to start my second cycle.

    My first consisted of 250mg Test E e5d & 50mg T-bol ed.

    My stats are:
    25 years old
    5’10
    about 190lbs (85kg)
    about 14-16% BF


    I can’t decide how my next cycle should look like…

    Option Nr 1
    Test E at 700mg per week & 30-40mg D-bol ed

    Option Nr 2
    Test E at 350 per week & Tren E at 280mg per week

    Option Nr 3
    Test E & NPP (Haven’t decided yet how much to use…)

    Option Nr 4
    Your cycle advice (should be around 700-800mg per week)

    Looking forward to your answers (or questions)!

    #3 gets my vote w/ the tiny amount of info u have divulged to us.
    i like 100mg ED of NPP to be honest though it may be high its the break point of the bang for ur buck IMO

    I probably start around February.
    I will try to lose a few BF% before I start.
    I want to add some quality beef with my 2nd cycle!

    (sorry for my English I’m a German…)

    cycle history not just wat u ran but how it affected you, training history and most importantly Goals short/longterm

    The cycle I mentioned above was my fist and only one (so far). I used about 350mg Test E per week (for about 20 weeks) and 50mg OT every day (for 5 weeks).
    I gained about 17, 8 pounds and lost visibly quit a bit BF%!
    Now, about 3 month after my last injection and after PCT (Nolva & Clomid) I still have the same weight but added 1or 2% BF!

    I had the most of my weight and strength gains at the beginning (up to week 10 or so…)
    One reason might be my eating after week 10! It was summer so I didn’t want to add any BF%. That’s the reason why I might had not enough calories during that time.
    In Europe we tend to do longer but milder cycles but since I didn’t gain much after the 10th week my next cycle will be around 16 weeks (at least it’s planed that way).

    My short term Goal is to add “a few pounds”. My final goal would be to end up around 210 lbs and a BF% in the single digits!

    I train with weights since I was 17years old but didn’t have much of a clue!
    I started at around 140 lbs!!!! After one year I was up to around 155 lbs. A few years later I reached the 175 lbs. But I admit that I’m serious about training and so only since about 2years!
    (I started my first cycle at 172 lbs. I wasn’t in the best condition I ever was. One reason was I had a shoulder injury a few months before and was cautious during weight training. A other one was that I didn’t eat that good during the time I couldn’t train at all (about 2 month))

    Right now I’m doing a total body workout 3 times a week (mostly compound movements).
    I usually stick to total body workouts or split it into lower/upper body or pull/press…
    I have planed to try one of Chad Waterbury’s routines in the near future…

    for size i would go with number 1 maybe through some deca in there with the proper pct you will gain alot

    I got to bump this a little bit…

    By the way I might try “German Volume training” in the near future (one reason is I can’t get the new book of Chad W…they don’t ship to Germany!).
    I like to try different Programs from while to while.
    One Program I had great success with was 5x5!

    I’m open for any suggestion…

    A other question:
    How much mg (per week) of AAS would you use in the 2nd cycle?
    Like I already mentioned I plan on up to 800mg!
    But I have seen many peopele on this board using more...

    I would run your test e at 500mg no need to to bump it up yet and your npp between 300-400mg

    Is e3d OK for NPP?
    I ask because every page on the internet says something else!

    EDIT:
    even here it says Active life of 5 days...
    many users inject it ED or EOD, however NPP can administered E4D without problems.

    No lol go with every day to keep stable blood levels and avoid the sides

    If I use NPP I will use Test P with it and not Test E!!!
