    milk thistle

    is milk thistle something you can get at a place like gnc or what? im hearing its good for liver health, want to get some but not sure where to start looking...

    one other thing

    when my brother injects his test prop., he complains that it makes him feel a little light headed for about a half hour afterwards. any thoughts??

    i've never heard of the lightheaded thing

    yeah you can buy it anywhere.grocery store, gnc, vitamin shoppe, anywhere.milk thistle is a seed and it's standardized to about 80% Silymarin.it's cheap like 10-15 bucks.

    Just go to GNC. You can buy one and get the second one 50% off. That makes a big difference.

    milk thistle will help clean your liver out.
    i recomend taking it at 800-1000mg everyday while on orals such as dbol ,and a- bombs,winny.
    i believe they come in 200mg streanth so 4 or 5 a day through-out the day

    I have milk thisle. Got it for about 8 bucks at pharmacy. Any clinical proof it works?
