    Big Problem!!

Ok guys, sorry i posted this here but all the other links dont work for me. And i appreciate anyone who can give me some advice

Ok so i injured my right bicep from a stupid ass arm wrestle, and have decided to take a week off casue its fn killing me. I was wondering, considering im takign a week off should my eating and supps stay the same.

Should i still eat the same ammount of calories that i did when i was training or cut them down and i was taking a test booster should i hold that off for the week or remain taking it ( Animal Stack2)

Another thing should i go and do some cardio even though i waznt really doing much before and when i get back to training considering i was lifting heavy should i remain lifting heavy or what??

    Thanks!

Keep everything going and ease your way back in, dont rush, you'll pay for it later if you do.

animal stack2??? hmmm. be carefull with b.s. claims. if your just looking for a test booster you can do it very cheap, but with very limited results imo

Definitely give it time as BigG said, instead focus on legs, cardio, midsections work (abs, lower back, and obliques). And like Smiler said, many of those are imposter knockoffs, do some research here on what's good, a new one with good preliminary results is MyogenX from the Protein Factory.

    Best to you,

    M.

    Never stop eating well.

    Let yourself heal.
