    received my clen/t3 haven't taken it yet

    I was going to do the two week on, two week off method because i have pounds to lose and don't want to become "immune" to it. But now i'm thinking of doing it Beast's way. Would that be harmful for long term use? What would you guys suggest? I'm not sure which cycle would be the most effective yet not harmful to my health. I think i'm going to take the full amount in the morning before my cardio... oh and is it better to eat breakfast before of after I workout?

    starting off at 60 mcg's would be harmful if you've never taken anything like this. I would suggest try diet and cardio before you ever think of AAS, but since you've already bought them. You need to search what is right for you. I would suggest to start at 1 pill for 3 days and see how that goes, then increase you dosage when necessary. If you are not on any supplements its best to workout first thing in the morning before anything, but since you have Clen , eat Healthy in the morning then take clen then workout. Beast did the same thing and look at him now, BUT he used caution with it. Clen will cause heart problems if gone above 120 mcg's/6 pills a day.

    Also don't forget to take some Taurine Pre workout and Post workout, to lower side effects and muscle cramps. If you can't sleep at night because of Clen take some Valerian Root to make you sleep better.

    I have read where some people never get cramps on Clen, but it does and will happen to people, so use caution when taking it. Monitor your heart rate, and body temp. If 1 pill nearly kills you, then slack off a while. It all depends on whats right for you. What you can handle.

    IN MY OPINION, I would wait on buying AAS and try diet and cardio just to see if it will work.

    AM cardio on an empty stomach is best for results.

    2 weeks on 2 weeks off, for a total of 6 on, worked best for me. I tried the 6 weeks straight, with benadryl e3rd week.

    BTW.
    80lbs is alot to loose. How much have you lost naturally so far, what are your stats?

    I am going to be taking Clen myself 6'5 255 lbs, need to be around 220, and i know its not much to lose, but I did used to be 280 and I used diet and exercise, but then I came to a stop where cardio just wasn't producing anymore, so I started lifting and then that made me look even bigger. I want to be shredded and toned and I know Clen will do it for me, but I am not so sure if 90 capsules will be enough to produce what I want.

    I am surprised that you haven't had any weight loss success yet. 1200 calories seems a little low. Especially if your working out 6 times a week. What does your diet look like? Are you also weight training?

    Start with 20mcgs of clen your first day, i almost died with that amount my first day, it sucked but keep with it, im on 120mcgs a day now and only feel sides right away in the morning.. But get Taurine for sure i didnt for my first few days, CRAMPS CRAMPS CRAMPS!!!!!!

    Absolultey, also, be sure your drinking plenty of water...meaning 2 gallons a day. (which means you'll be pissing twice an hour! ) but its worth it. You'll feel muchmore in control. i personally don't think anyone should ever run clen any higher than 120mcgs.

    you can buy the Pill version of Clen at the roid store, and the spray is on a link at steroid .com
