need knolegable advice
i have completed a few cycles with great results always in the past(3-5years ago). i have now been off a training program for about 1.5 years and have gained a few pounds and the built look and feel i once had. I am starting to train again and dont now what to take to achieve my goals being i always was after mostly size and now am looking more to get more ripped, lean and stonger. i was thinking of following a cycle a friend just finished who started with about my same current physique.
trembelone
deca
sestonon
propionate
need some feed back. will this get me ripped?

LOL no it wont......
Deit and cardio get you ripped not aas.....

thanks for trying to help here is my info
im 26,weight 225, height 5'11, my bf i would think is probablly about 25-30%, currently i have not been dieting but ive trained hard in the past and have disceplin to diet while training. i will begin to train again on 12/26 4-5 days a week with atleast 45 minutes of cardio a day. i have taken in the past cipionate,primo,sustonon,winstrol ,equipoise and deca and clembuterol.
my goal is to drop to about 210-215 and lower my body fat significantly. i really want to slim down and increase strenth not som much gain a lot of mass.

i would cut to 10-12%BF before running a new cycle, you will respond better.

Less foodadrol and more cardiovar will get you ripped. If you get under 15% you could run a good cutting cycle and be righteous and ready for something better by late summer/early fall.

agreed, estrogenic sides are exaggerated with a higher bf. I don't think u need to get 10% though. u can do an effective cuter around 16%, maybe even 18% if u hit cardio hard and have diet perfect. just keep in mind the higher the bf the more bloat and risk of gyno u have
