Welcome to AR...you will find many controversial threads on this board that will simply vanish now and then...most particularly if it involves a board sponsor or a source (one of the two, lol) that is on that "self-proclaimed" suppliers list that is near the top of this board.

The problem was fixed, so the thread was removed.

The good news is I spoke with the owner of Oasis today. She has informed me because of the complaints on this board she found out about the service issues at Oasis and is currently taking proactive steps to make changes so they don't occur in the future.

to delete the thread is to cover up a problem, which i find seriously wrong. however, as others have stated, this is not even remotely close to the first time this has happened. though this cover up problem is the only kind of issues i've ever seen with this site, it is a serious one and one those who run the site need to know that we are aware of. i'm not trying to criticize the board, but i feel insulted that they think we won't realize this.

As for that thread being deleted...
I can understand some wondering why
but IMO only ..I would have done

have or are being dealt with, thats what
we all wanted that posted there...right??
Locked would have been better,of course.

Hmm... well that explains all the PMs I've been recieving asking if Oasis is still legit.
I've probably had around 10 people PM me in the last week. Now atleast I have somewhat of an idea on why there was a concern about it.

While, I'm not one for speaking out of both sides of my mouth - such as complaining up a storm, deleting, and then speaking praise (not that any on the board do, of course), I do have something positive to report.
I spoke to Lady Oasis who promised me my gear forthwith. She also agreed to credit my recent "overnight mail" charges.
As I said before, capitalism will prevail.
One lesson I have learned as one being new to this - get all your gear ahead of time. I'm sure that will get 100 snickers from those with more than a few hundred posts . . .

If it's BC's intention to help Oasis regain its rep and get the ball rolling again, I understand the deletion. Those of us who took part in making Oasis a better company can simply enjoy the notion that we participated.
Just give me my friggin points back!

questions on oasis
I've been a member for a while now and read a lot of the QA in this forum, however I don't usually sign in or post that much. On this issue I have a few questions for the admin.
Why doesn't oasis provide any prices on there web site to there members (Customers)?
Why do they have overnight posted if they can't follow through with it? Just say allow two to four weeks for shipping. That is how long I wainted the two times I used them.
Anything to make the customer happy? The first time they gave a little deal for the delay and that is why I came back. The second time it took 3 1/2 weeks to get my medication and the only thing I got was a sorry?
Customer support? I call and send e-mails with no response.

negative or not ,board sponsor or not. i dont think any posts should be deleted. that is not providing an honest open forum. so new people will never know this stuff happened and wont be able to make an informed decision to use the service or not
