cycling around 250km per week on cycle
Hey
I'll be bicycling to work 5 days per week which is 50km's a day
I'm on a test e cycle. Is this going to impede my aerobic activity?
i just wanna lose a little bf... i realise bulking n losing bf is a hard task to do... but bicycling cant hurt right?

You would just need to adjust your diet.
Figure out how many callories you would expect to burn from the bicycling, and add that many or more calls to your diet.

i'm a cyclist if you worry about what you are burning get a heart rate moniter with the cal reader... so you know waht you burn....
