    DNP/T3/Clen Cycle Question

    Hey
    I'am planning to do a DNP /T3/Clen cycle, and i had a small question. Is it better to do the DNP on its down for a 3 week period, than do the Clen/T3 in a seperate cycle later. Or blast yourself out for 3 weeks, and get it over with?
    I did a DNP cycle last year, and i was really effective i lost 14 pounds in 3 week. Mind you i was eating crap food, so it was pretty good

    That just seems like a lot at once. i would space it out.

    It your diet proper now, or are you still eating crap?

    What is your age, stats, and previous cycle experience?

    It's only scary because the LDL (lethal dose limit) is so close to the effective dosage for results. Just make sure you make it on your own....or KNOW YOUR SOURCE very well and you'll be fine. That...and don't increase the dosage until you feel something. And it WILL hit you out of nowhere.

    hey, no i've cleaned up my diet, i'am doing a 2000 calorie cutting diet, been on it basically got 3 months, and have lost 6% of my bodyfat. I do cardio 4 days a week, and weights aswell, 5 days a week.

    cycle experience.....
    - DNP last year, 400mg/day for 3 weeks. (for the first 5 i was on 200mg/day)
    - 1 bulking cycle: Anadrol (week 1-4), Tren (week 1-6), Test Prop (week 1-6), and Deca (weeks 1-3)

    The bulking cycle was the worst idea to have done, i got bloted as hell, and put on 11 pounds......

    I think that covers my experience

    I was thinking of doing the following, tell me what you think):
    - DNP - Days 1-4 (200mg), 4-15 (400mg), 15-21 (600mg)
    - Clen - Day 1-3 (40mg), 4-6 (60mg), 7-9 (80mg), 10-12 (100mg),
    13-15 (80mg), 16-18 (60mg), 18-21 (40mg)
    - T3 25/25/25/50/50/50/75/75/75/100/
    100/100/75/75/75/50/50/50/25/25/25

    I haven't fully finished my research on this cycle, i'am still preping for it. Do you usually run all 3 at their normal doses, or do you adjust because there are 3?

    It would be MOST wise not to use it at all, but to answer your question:

    Is it better to do the DNP on its down for a 3 week period, than do the Clen/T3 in a seperate cycle later.
    Since DNP temporarily disrupts the amount of T3 produced/converted, supplementing would be wise. One should also run a CNS stimulant, so Clen is fine.

    As you experienced, the cleanliness of your diet is irrelevant on DNP. Fat simply cannot be stored.

    Or blast yourself out for 3 weeks, and get it over with?
