Do perimid cycles really work?

I was told that when you are close to getting off of a cycle that each week you lessen the dosage little by little to prevent a crash,Is that true?

Some say yes and some say no, personally it is something I do. I feel it helps with recovery.

I taper down but only one week so for example
1-10 750mg test E
11 375 test E
off
PCT

But most people I know do not taper so its up to you.

I shouldnt think it would make any difference with long esters such as deca as it takes a while to fully leave your system anyway

Many say its old school but tapering at the end of cycle is of great advantage to some,
