just curious about liver hepatoxicity
We all know steroids are hard on the liver especially certain orals, a dispute to this would be idiotic... but has anyone here ever heard of a case where someone actually died from the combination ?

Nope.
The hepatotoxicity of orals can be debated.

I have seen studies (2) that have shown people to be admitted to the ER when using dbol /winstrol but there is too many variables that were unknown.
Did they have liver problems to begin with?
Did they drink a lot?
Did they use protective supps ?
How do they know the dose they told them was exact/true ?

Cardio is a must, just plan on doing it 3-4x a week for 45 min no matter what. There is so many benefits to it.

worst-case scenarios:
-toxic hepatitis sets in, with flu-like symptoms, and its ignored. this can lead to liver disease and/or cirrhosis.
-possible hepatic coma sets in, which can lead to death.
you have to really do some damage to your liver over a long period for this to happen. can steroids do this? yes, if you do not know what you are doing...

I ran too much Tren A for too long and got jaundice... eyes went yellow, skin went pale, urine was SUPER dark.. just finished 2 months of bloodwork, Hep tests, Liver testing etc... The most brutal part was the itching that the jaundice caused.. tore my skin open from all the scratching.. It was unbearable....... NEVER AGAIN
