The 1st time you cut, how much did you lose. Any strength gains?

When you 1st cut, how much fat did you lose? Also, did you gain any strength? Lose much strength when you came off?

What did your cycle consist of? Happen to have your complete before/after stats?

The first cut cycle I ever ran was test p, tren a, and masteron for 10 weeks.

Pre-cycle stats were about 205 lbs and about 12% bf. Post cycle stats were about 195 lbs and about 7% bf. I also went down about 3 waist sizes...

I continually gained strength throughout the cycle while also shedding BF with the aforementioned compounds and a very disciplined diet.

I was so impressed with the results of the cycle that I now have an annual cycle routine which consists of a bulk cycle followed by a cut cycle. Prior to that I was always in it for the bulk, but as shredded as I was after that cycle, I will always follow a bulker with a cutter.

My first cut was 100% natural, I went from a 32 waist to a 30 waist. Only lost 15lbs off my workout weight on bench and squats. Pound for pound I was stronger though.

Cutting natty? I could see grounds for some potential strength loss there, but I've never attempted it natty...As I posted above, it was a with a cycle and I certainly believe that the inclusion of tren in that cycle allowed me to continue to make nice strength increases as I was cutting.

WTF is all this emo stuff???

My first cut was natty as I was obese, I lost over 100lbs of flab.
    Then concentrated on muscle development.
Second cut was last summer. Used prop, tren ,winny, mast, clen and t3. Started cut at 90k and approx 16%BF finished cut @ approcx 8-9% still 90k. So from that I can say that I lost BF and increased muscle mass. I did lose strength near the end of the cut due to lack of carbs and cals in general.
Most impotant thing through all these phases was DIET!
