35 yrs old, 205lbs-210lbs, 15% body fat. My max bench a month and a half ago was about 290-295. Four years ago my max bench was 325lbs. I weigh 215, still at 15% body fat and benching 370lbs. I've been at it again now for about 2 months. I'm not doing full blown cycles. I just started working out again after about a 4 year lay-off and was just wanting to get things kickstarted so to speak. My PCT will be nolvadex and clomid. As of now I have no real sides to speak of. No nipple sensitivity or anything.

thats stupid.. why would you want to not lift weights at all naturally.. then "kickstart" by taking gear.. your habits = INJURYS

well, i usually work out for a couple of weeks before i do any AS's. I always load up on all the basic's, protein, creatine, etc, etc. The first time I ever did AS's was 4 yrs ago and I only did 50mg's of anadrol for a month. 30 pills to be exact and that was all I took and worked out for about a year. This time I only did 5mg's ED of dbol the first week, 20mg's ED the 2nd and 3rd weeks. Then the 4th, 5th weeks I did 20mg's of dbol and 50mg's of drol ED. The 6th week was 25mg's of dbol and 75mg's of drol ED. I tend to stay naturally fit i guess and have never had a sports related injury. Unless you count shin-splints and stress fractures!

come on guys , the last 4 answers have been harsh,, hes a grown man whos obviously been misled ( probably by a friend or someone in the gym )
if i were you id get off that cycle now and run pct ,, then i would consider doing gear for now just because your body can still grow naturally through diet and training coz youve only been hitting the weights for 2 months
now if your stubburn and want to be on gear then i would recommend
week 1-4 dbol at 30mgs
week 1-10 test e at 400mgs-500mgs/week
week 10-14 run your pct
this is not a full blown cycle , its a beginner cycle that will definetly help you attain your goals if not exceed them
you will definetly gain strength and size with dbol alone but alot of its water , and theres a 90% chance youll lose the majority of the weight 2 months after the cycles over

Well, i've been working out off and on for over 20yrs. It's not something I just started doing yesterday. I am a newb when it comes to AS's. That's why I ask questions. Not to get dogged about the way I work out. I'm new to this site, but it is by far heads and shoulders above everyother website out there that i've visited. So many times though while i'm reading different threads i've seen where a newbie like myself asks a question and just gets raked over the coal's.

thanks chaznad for the info. like i said previously, i only do enough to get things going. a "kickstart". I don't stay on and do 6, 8 or 10 week cycles. I do gain naturally and like an idiot i always stop working out after a few months or a year!!
But, having said that, I was thinking about trying some anavar in about 2 to 3 months. I'm not looking to get huge obviously, just to keep my strength gains and stay hard. advice??

joker im gonna be honest with you AS arent for you then.
Either do it right or dont do it ,, why can you do a 6 week cycle of dbol / adrol
but cant do a simple 10 week cycle of d/bol n test ,, its a shot a week
the route your going is taking a toll on your liver
