Lab test on gear?

If i was to do a lab test on my gear, how would i go about doing that? LIke who or wut type of business would i contact? Havent the first clue of going about this. I read somewhere many suppliers' gear is bunk but u still get huge.
From an article about a year or so ago it said that certain online suppliers gear had

"diethylstilbestrol, [which] was once used as a growth promoter in cattle. Diethylstilbestrol was banned by the federal government in the 1970s for animals used for foods, because it was found to cause cancer."

and in other instances traces of lead, tin, and acetate were found (not all in the same product).

Dont know about you guys,,but thats scary to be putting those things in my body, expecially a carcinogen and lead!

QUESTIONS:

- I live in Canada, near Vancouver, BC. Anyone know of any place where i can get gear tested or wut type of place/business usually would do those type of things?
-And also what to look for, ie what to test for if using Deca sample.
-Roughly how much to test one sample?

Ordered gear online, but havent gotten it yet but just want to be prepared when gear comes in so i can get it tested.
