I took a shot of enanthate /prop mix on monday and my shoulder has been killing me ever since. I think I might have taken it alittle higher than I should have. I can barely lift my arm above my head.

Has anybody else experienced this or have any thoughts?

Was it your first shot? I did my first injection yesterday in my quad, and it is sore as hell.

My 7th Test E shot yesterday was my first painless injection (Glutes). I did a shot a week ago in my tricep and it still hurts. Funny how I kept reading about all these painless Test E injections. I guess you just have to break in that virgin muscle.
I'm also think that my injection technique is getting better.

Here's one for you all....I brew all my own gear...Any test E or cyp made at 250mmg per ml gives me pain for 4-5 days...Made @ 200 mgs and it is painless for me...and I can shoot 3 cc anywhere with no problem..250 and even a 1/2cc and it's pain city.. Poster it will go away..stay away from the tri's....I do just about all my injections dead center 3/4 the way up the thigh.

My test E shots make me soar about ever damn time. I have a not in my tricep right now from my delt injection a week ago. It will go away over time. My deca shots go great hardly any pain at all. Go figure.

Just started a cycle bold/test prop. bold is fine ever time, test on the other hand has some signifigant soreness I guess it's expected though. Been 3 days and I'm due for another one wish me luck!

I've always done shoulder shots with test E but I just tried some prop and I'm just like you now. I couldn't lift my arm higher than my chest for days. I would massage it for every now and then but it just seems like i made it worse. I just tried it in my thigh and it's been almost 3 days and I still can't bend my leg fully (too much pain) and i walk like i have a short leg. Advil helps a little bit but it's pretty bad at times. Winstrol wasn't this much pain that's for sure!

Man Im the same way everytime test E goes in my leg.
