    Injecting location???

    Yo bros,

I have been doing glute shots for the past 4 weeks and my ass seems to stay sore longer than it did in the begining. Now, last week I tried quad injections and there was almost no pain at all the next day and completely goes way by the third day. I also have trouble aspirating on my glutes and i feel like this my be tearing my muscle tissue up. Can moving around slightly when injecting leave you feeling extra sore? Its just weird because I do EoD shots now by starting one day in Right glute, than left glute, then right quad, and then left quad. But my quads seem to heel quicker. Is staying steady really help with soreness that much.

Ive also been gettin the shakes while injecting and its startin to piss me off. What causes this, getting nervous? I feel realtivly calm when injecting but I guess im not.

Your shaking comes from anxiety bro...just try and relax...Its not uncommon ...I mean there have been guys that actually feint in the process of injecting themselves...Soreness is very common especially when you're doing EOD shots...

Can you hit a nerve in your glute? I was doing a shot and as i was puttin the needle in i hit somthing and before i knew it i had already pulled the needle out of my ass. The pain was quick and sharp, and left my ass feelin extra sore for bout a week. I wasn't sure if it was bec. i hit somthin or bec. of the couple of jabs i had done in the same cheek, or both.
