hey guys after a couple of months switching from test enan to winny only to anavar (to expensive) and listening to all you have to say, also doing alot of searches i have decided to do the right thing of test enan only. just a quick ? about cycle. is 10 weeks @ 500 a week 2 shots a week every mon and thurs ok for first cycle. also in the beginner cycle thread it said that if you start to feel itchy nips start nolva @ 20mg's a day is that enough. or what else should i have on hand for this test only cycle. thanks in advance

Test E at 500mg/wk (250mg/2x weekly) is good. Perfect beginner cycle.

As for the nolva question, it is good to have this "on hand" and should suffice, but having a stronger AI such as adex or aromasin on hand is a good idea too.

so should i take the l dex or aromasin @ .25 a day throughout the cycle or just keep it on hand.
