new cycle please help

i'm running supertest400 and deca300, what's the best time time to shoot during the day and should I do one week mon and thur and the next week tue and saturday or what? any advice is greatly appreciated. This is my second cycle and I'm 5"10 195 10%

keep it simple. Choose the time of day that suits you best and try to keep it. With long esters that's not an issue.
Shoot it Monday and Thursday for example.

I've heard of variances in blood plasma levels, when should that be a concern?

Just one thing. I don't which esters is supertest400 made of. If it has short esters to a great extent you must be strict with your injection schedule. If not it shouldn't be a problem to miss one, as long as you take it as soon as you can.
But if you are commited to your cycle (and you better be, because it is not childs play) you will find a way to keep your routine.
