Contest cutting cycle 16 weeks out

Hello All,

I need advice on how to run a contest prep cycle with the following info. I want to run this for 16weeks, are there any unrealistic affects with what i have or do i need to add more ? Please give example cycle with the following information. Contest target date June 2007..... Ran similar cycle last year but had Tren . Cannot find trend now, have access to Anavar , Anavol for the winny and Nandralone with the Test Prop. Also have access to Halotestin !

Two Second Place finishes in 2006
3-4 % on stage last summer at 172lbs

I Have

one 10ml bottle of Test Prop/Cyp 250mg
one 10ml bottle of Test Prop 100mg
two 10 ml bottles of winstrol 50mg
18 IU of somatropin (HGH)

You have about a weeks worth of GH. Get more GH if you want to use it for the show. You would start out at relatively high on the GH at about 30 iu/wk and lower it to about 15 iu/wk a couple of weeks out. The week of 10 iu/wk of GH. There will be less water under the skin this way.

You have about 2g of strol, so use about 50-100mg/d of 'strol leading up to the show. I would do about 100mg/d of prop and eventually drop it to 50mg/d of prop within 2 weeks of the show.

40mg/d of var would be fine leading up to Winstrol use. Also, I wouldn't do more than 200mg/d of deca leading up to the show to ensure very little water under the skin. You need to look dry. You could use HALO the last two weeks of prep to keep you aggressive in your workouts since your cals. will be down and that can keep you very sluggish. Hope this helps.

Just for clarification, how far out would i start taking the winstrol and is your recommended dosage per week ? Also, what should i start prior to the winny and how far out ? In referance to the GH. How far out should i start the GH. Can i start the test prop/cyp blend first, how far out and what dosage per week ?

Sorry for the confusion, but im limited to what i have and want to maximize its usage.
