needs help
hello there everyone.
I am a 19 year old student who is out on his own for the first time. i have been goin to the gym for 2 years now and am happy with my gains. However i am only 150 pounds at 5"9, and would like to go up to 170 by summer time. If there is anyone on the site that has suggestions for me, Be it through supplements, AAS or just just a better diet please let me now

Seriously at your age FOOD is your friend !! You have more than enough hormones running through your body to make great gains naturally. If you would take the time to learn how to eat to grow, and train heavy in the gym, you will be amazed at how your body will grow for you !
Check out the diet section of these forums and read up on bulking diets!
Try to stay away from steroids for a few more years as at your age they could do more longterm harm than good. Look into them after you reached your natural peak...or after the age of 23-25

Just eat as much as you can at your weight you should be able to gain mass easily through diet/working out.
