What exactly is hurting you? the actual joint (bone parts) or the tendons/ligaments of the elbow??

Alot of your ideal gym exercises are actually mechanically incorect for your elbow in which your tricep tendon (connecting part to the elbow) is actually a weak-point nobody notices until its injured.
Especially when you are on AAS your muscles will gain strength and you will lift heavier on the same tendons/ligaments which havent grown stronger and this causes a large number of bodybuilders tendonitis in the elbows.

    Skull-crushers
    Overhead Tricep extension
    Weighted Dips
    Deep chest exercises

These are some of many exercises which will mess up your elbows if you go up in the weights. They are exercises you must apporach with caution ESPECIALLY if you are taking AAS and moving up in strength and weight rapidly.

Dont listen to the one or two guys who never had a problem with these exercises, every gym i have been to in many countires have people suffering from these elbow problems, if i had started an elbow-strap company i would have been retired ages ago from how many i would have sold.

Go to the injury forum and you will see many guys here suffer the same problem and see what they did to releive the problem.

The basic protocol is get it rested and treated and then work your way back slowly, or keep going and suffer from it forever almost.

The letro is drying out your joints.

Drop it. It isn't needed with TBOL anyways, as has already been pointed out to you in other threads because it does not aromatize.

Its hurting me even on just basic compound movements, ie... db presses, lat pull downs, etc..... my stregnth increased so damn much its sickening but now like i said my elbow joints are killing me.... is there anything I can take to help alleviate this besides lifting less weight

there is a misconception about Tbol, it does have the potential to aromatise.... but I dont believe that is where my gyno is coming from... I believe that I developed mild gyno from using finasteride at 1mg ed with my cycle.......

Unfortunately if the letro is drying out my joints which does make sense I cant drop it until my gyno subsides so I guess im stuck in limbo right now...........
