mixing hcg

i just got my hcg today and was wondering how i mix it.
it came in 10 000 iu with some distiled water i think 10ml.
my buddy says mix the 10000 iu ( which looks like chalk/dust) into the water.

the distiled water says 0.9% sodium chloride and says 10ml=9mg/mg of sodium chloride.

how much do i take a day? and is this right?

they mix easily. I store it in sterile syringes in the fridge once mixed. You can take as little as 500iu e3d or 500iu a day. You gotta learn about why you need it (if you do) and how much YOU need. Its different for everyone, and HCG can damage your testicles permanently if you overdose. The mixed solution only has a short life in the fridge, i think a couple weeks? its not long whatever it is
