1-12 weeks of test 500mg a week two injections monday and thursday
1-6 weeks of anadrol 50mg a day
8-12 weeks of anavar 50mg a day
nolvadex on hand as needed 10mg
10-14 weeks PCT of clomid 50 mg a day

im looking to put on good size but its a first cycle, wish me luck, and critique me before i start if you think im wrong

You didn't say it was your first cycle.

Dbol 30 mg week 1-5
Test E week 1-12 500/mg

Skip the rest of the gear.
But not the food and training protocol.

I am running similar w/o a-bombs. I would do:

1-12 Test e 500/wk
1-6 drol 50/day
10-14 var 50/day

Nolva 15-16 40/day 17-18 20/day
Clomid 15-16 100/day 17-18 50/day

A-dex on hand for estro sides.
